Student Movement

Using the books Blobert Moves and Blobert Plays as a template, students can be led through a linked series of movements that encourages listening, promotes a wide range of kinesthetic skills and fosters breathing and relaxation.  Movements can be taught individually, emphasizing mindfulness and attention to detail, and then done once again as a linked series. As part of their group work, teachers can practice the movements first, so that they can then confidently lead their students.
